First-Gen Piston

Stable Feed Response. First-Generation Piston Architecture gives D01 Inflation a direct mechanical command path through the usable stroke. The firm break point supports clear actuation feedback, while airflow builds across three controlled levels from 150 to 275 L/min.

Inlet Shut-off

Inlet Shut-Off. CW Sealing Control. CW configuration adds a QDC-side shut-off to the D01 Inflation platform, allowing the air admission path to be closed when Inflation isolation is required. Dedicated CW sealing materials support increased exposure control around the Inlet interface while preserving direct, load-stable feed response.

360° Swivel With Stop

Clean Routing Control. The integrated 360° swivel with stop keeps hose routing clean while limiting unwanted torsion at the inlet interface. The result is a more controlled feed path, with cleaner alignment and reduced stress during use.
