Pentagon Technology

Pressure-Dependent Dump Control. Pentagon Technology turns manual dump input into a controlled, pressure-dependent exhaust stroke without forcing the NRV membrane open. Its multi-point lever geometry relieves sealing preload only when suit pressure is present, supporting progressive venting and stable one-way sealing through each release.

Triple NRV

Contaminated-Water Sealing. Third NRV Membrane. CW configuration adds a dedicated third NRV membrane within the D01 Exhaust sealing stack, creating an additional passive barrier for contaminated-water exposure. Dedicated CW sealing materials reinforce sealing stability around the exhaust path while preserving the same pressure-dependent dump behavior.

Cross-Platform Integration

Engineered for cross-platform integration, D01 is available with two suit-side interfaces, selected by drysuit port opening diameter: S-FIT for 34 mm (1.34 in) openings and L-FIT for 38 mm (1.50 in) openings.

D01 Exhaust series in CW configuration is built around Pentagon Technology and Extended NRV, using the enlarged primary non-return membrane for higher-capacity exhaust response, stable closure, and passive resealing. A secondary passive NRV membrane and a dedicated contaminated-water NRV layer add sealing redundancy against water-ingress scenarios, while chemical and hydrocarbon-resistant materials increase protection in exposed environments. Fine cracking adjustment across 20 repeatable setpoints completes a drysuit exhaust platform built for controlled venting in contaminated-water use.
