Pentagon Technology

Pressure-Dependent Dump Control. Pentagon Technology turns manual dump input into a controlled, pressure-dependent exhaust stroke without forcing the NRV membrane open. Its multi-point lever geometry relieves sealing preload only when suit pressure is present, supporting progressive venting and stable one-way sealing through each release.

Dual NRV

Passive Redundancy. Enhanced Sealing Stability. Plus configuration adds a passive secondary NRV membrane within the D01 Exhaust platform, creating an additional sealing layer without changing the core dump actuation. Designed for higher-variability conditions, it increases passive sealing margin while preserving controlled venting and clean return to seal.

Cross-Platform Integration

Engineered for cross-platform integration, D01 is available with two suit-side interfaces, selected by drysuit port opening diameter: S-FIT for 34 mm (1.34 in) openings and L-FIT for 38 mm (1.50 in) openings.

Specifications

Passive Redundancy. Enhanced Sealing Stability.

D01 Exhaust series in Plus configuration is built around Pentagon Technology and Extended NRV, adding a secondary passive NRV membrane within the same core exhaust architecture. The enlarged primary membrane supports higher-capacity exhaust response and stable passive resealing, while the secondary membrane adds redundancy against atypical water-ingress scenarios. Fine cracking adjustment across 20 repeatable setpoints completes a drysuit exhaust platform built for controlled venting with added sealing margin.

Port interface. Cross-platform fit.

D01 is engineered for the most established drysuit port standards through dedicated S-Fit and L-Fit configurations, matching 34 mm (1.34 in) and 38 mm (1.50 in) opening diameters while preserving the same D01 functional architecture.

Built to integrate. True to your setup.

Whatever the field runs, HYDPRO builds to it natively: every established mount standard, thread, and host geometry, covered from the factory. Your setup stays as it is, integration stays clean, and the response repeats: the same command, the same result, on every dive.

Italian engineering. Predictable control.

Each HYDPRO device is engineered and manufactured in Italy: one chain from raw material to release. Polymer families are selected for constant immersion, precision-drawn brass runs on in-house CNC lines, and every device leaves built, tested, and signed off under one roof.

Proven by divers.
Refined by decades.

Four decades in the water stand behind the current generation. What wears, what binds, what drifts out of tune comes back from real dives to the bench, and the next revision answers it. Control you can feel, refined one generation at a time.
